Tenikle Return Policy (Updated 06/03/2024)
Enjoy hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please note, shipping costs are NOT included in the refund total.
For opened items, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase provided the product is not damaged and includes all original components. A $15 restocking fee will apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For unopened product returns beyond 30 days and up to 120 days from the purchase date, a $15 restocking fee applies, and customers are also responsible for the return shipping costs.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will process your refund through the original payment method or convert it to store credit if preferred.
Refunds can only be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. We are unable to accommodate refunds through methods outside of the original payment method due to payment processing restrictions and security policies.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Replacements (Updated 10/04/2019)
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged up to 1 year (5 Years total under extended warranty) after the date of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@tenikle.com.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours from the time of purchase, unless the order has left our fulfillment center and is out for delivery. If a cancellation is requested after the 24-hour window or after the order has left our fulfillment center and is out for delivery, then a return may be accepted.
Covid-19 Shipping Impact
Due to fluctuation in supply chain restraints affected by Covid-19 as well as historically overloaded 3rd-party courier services during the pandemic, returns for the reason of receiving an order later than expected of up to forty days from date of purchase are not accepted until the Covid-19 threat and social distancing mandates have fully subsided. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
International Orders (Outside the US)
Your order may incur import fees, duties, and taxes, which are not included in the purchase price and are the recipient’s responsibility. Cancellations or refunds due to these charges are not permitted. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
General Return Instructions

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund or return.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
